It's not uncommon to have a lot of negative or joking comments for new projects, especially if you're new devs trying to make an original game and/or a game with unpopular fetishes (and making bold claims). I don't know if your project would be good or not, but I'd suggest doing your thing without thinking too much about negative comments, especially if they don't offer any costructive criticism. If your project is good it should defend itself sooner or later.
Also, I'm really suprised that people here don't know what findom is (or maybe that was a joke).

Asteroids don't change speeds, except as gravity influences them. They don't have engines that can be turned on or off. Orbital mechanics are a straightforward, Newtonian, calculation. An impact does not happen "sooner then expected". Especially if they've been tracking it 'for a long time'.

First, let me try and clarify something: Is this break up because of external circumstances, because of the negative comments (mine included admittedly), or a mix of both?
Because while I am sorry things didn't work out and hope that your future endeavors earn more success, but i'll just be honest with you: If these comments were part of the reason this project get canned then this ship was bound for the iceberg eventually. We might talk shits all the time but we want game devs to succeed, it is when we stopped giving a shit that is the problem. Because that is when the game is actually dead to everyone. On the other hand, Devs need to be able to take the heat, because asking people to be positive when even some Triple-A publishers don't respect their player base, let alone indie devs with no prior rep, is kinda asking a lot. And obviously, quitting immediately only help to prove the negativity was on point.
Again, there may be other reasons, but this is what I interpret from the comments. Hope you'll find better luck next time.

It is kind of tiring, to see a "new" game come onto this site, and then there is a race to make negative comments/pick it a part, without really giving it a chance.
While English is the de facto standard for Porn games on this site, I wish we could give a bit of leniency to games coming right out of the starting gate. A French, German, Korean, Indian developer may have a really good story to tell, and once they get their feet underneath them, they might be able to get some translating help from the more confident English speakers on this very board.
Sometimes, things don't translate as well from one language to the next, and I think, what we might poke fun of as a bold statement, might just be an knock on effect from google (or other) translators.

PJWhoopie Thank you for your participation, this is already the second project that has gone down the drain. The next project will initially be in German, there will be an English version later, I'm desperately looking for a reliable translator. The goal is either the German or English language. You can forget Google, doesn't translate correctly. The next game is now in development.
