Replay the entire game from the start (since saves 99%+ won't work) and get back to the end of 0.7 where you gotta answer 4 times correctly before and during the party to unlock the scene. Or use the phone unlocker.

You should get <>4, not -4. That message is when there is a Love, Lust, Dom check which you didn't pass. In this case, you have less than 4 Love so she will not tell you that "Joe will mess with you, and to stay cool" giving you a hint on how to get to "Party at Joe's" scenes. That is an idea, at least
There is, you need Anna's love (there is a message when you ask her, it's same with Nicole, "Anna's Love <>7" (I think it is 7 or 8) and you don't talk to Gina at all, or get drunk and high at Joe's and then talk to her you will get +2 or 3 Dom. Because you are drunk and high so you get some artificial balls for short time.
You know what? I just played the whole game again and realised what got me confused about nicoles Love check (that I thought it was a minus sign): In the previous dialogue depending on what you say you get like +3 love and +1 lust. Then comes the envelope errand and the <4 check
I took a look at the book and saw this:
In addition, I am pretty sure I got a +1 love in a previous dialogue (I think it was the "hard day?" one, not sure). So her love should have been at least 4. Not sure thats the alternative path supposed to be, but I always get the same (errand / test)

- Ana's love check is insane. >9 !. Kind of forces you to leave the cinema to get those precious +3
- Get high and Joe's? Thats where you go to get the envelope, right? How do you do it? Once you get in when you give up your gun I have pretty much no other options than just dialogue and then you are back to your place
Once you are out of anna's place the quest line suggest you to see Gina and you get the -3 dom

I went to a previous early save and replayed the scene where I met Nicole. Dialogues give me +2 love and +1 lust, yet I get the book entry of Nicole only when I get out of the bar and it looks like this:
Lust got added, but not sure about love. The bar is higher but the counter is still 0

Did I run into a bug, or is there something I don't get? After Gina/Boris scene in the bathroom, I'm told to go to talk to Nicole, but she's not in her office, and the guy there says I should come back tomorrow..
Then I'm teleported back to front of house, and there seems nothing to do (cannot sleep, or talk to jennifer or anything)
Only thing that I can do it seems, is to look at the bathroom scene again, and then go back to vasily and loop back

Hey Mr. Toad, Thank you for your hard work. I remeber recnetly someone (or you) said you were looking for suggestions for girls or something like that for future updates. I had a good idea. You should maybe work into the story some Jewish characters. Hear me out. In a lot of gangster films there's always some Jews that do bookkeeping or something like that. You could have some Jewish lawyers, bankers, bookkeepers, jewelers, movie producers, actors, or whatever to go along with your mobster story. I'm suggesting Jews because there are TONS of very sexy Jewish women that would look great in pantyhose, high-heels, stockings and garters and what not. Think of girls like Kat Dennings, or Natalie Portman, or Fran Dresher. The list goes on. great game but for some reason it uses 100% of my gpu which is kinda concerning
