It's a crime drama, and most of the love interests aren't prostitutes. Where did you get the idea that it's just a scene generator?

"Game focuses most on a young guys rising through the ranks of the Russian mob, and the many women in his life..." multiple protagonist and some female mc to the top...could be good story probably but not interested in watching young guys fucking random chicks atc when rising on crime leaderboard...i have porn for that

Not likely to happen because this is an actual game like Fallout 1 and 2 where you click somewhere and the character walks there. The buildings are 3d models with a camera having a top down view.
