On the first round of enema shots,(without her under the sleep curse) you allow her to wake up whilst you are licking her. Then you put in the remainder of the enema container(4 shots) in her. Her face should be extremely sweaty.

This is the actual guide text i got this from:
Press the climax button, give an enema before insertion, and wake up with defecation by licking the anus. After repeating defecation about 3 or 4 times with the insertion ⇒ enema, insert it slowly so as not to defecate. During the piston, press the stomach to force a bowel movement by changing the point of view.

Honestly I only managed to get this to work in the free play mode and was unable to recreate it in the regular play for whatever reason.

Nevermind, ignore my last post. Once she is awake and you put in another round of enema, you need to insert fast so she shits herself. Then you can re-apply the enema. You need to repeat the enema and fast insert thing 3 times and then the 4th time insert slowly and you should be able to press the stomach in first person mode.

i try free play able to do it but story mode cant

Did you beat the game yet?(idk if that's required) Did you get all the girls to ★ climax? Maybe use this

I'm playing on Gamehub and I'm getting an error preventing me from proceeding to the next step; it's frozen like this. Can anyone help me fix this, or is there a way to bypass this frozen section?
Also, with the first girl, I could skip the freezing error step by pressing the F5 key, but I couldn't with the others.

I played around with it a bit and it's definitely a Proton-GE issue. Running it under regular Proton 10/9/8 has the issue of missing graphics (like a lot of people in the thread have complained about) meaning it's one or the other. Unfortunately, even after playing it under Proton 10 to get past where the game froze and switching back to Proton-GE for the graphics the game will freeze up on other girls.
