The stage I'm stuck at is way later than getting the alphabets.
To 69 her, just remove her panties and spread her leg, after that, there should be a command near her head to change the viewpoint. By doing that you'll move to her head, then just take your weiner out and insert it into her mouth. After the 69, the letter should appear on her forehead.

Use WinRAR and chose a folder as the desired location. If it doesn't work, try 7zip.

Just search "How to extract a RAR file" on google. If it's a ZIP file, the process should still be the same. If it's a 7Z file, you'll need the 7zip application to extract it.

want to play this again but its pain in my ass, need soo much time to grind until all the girl got pregnant. cuz my last pc died and all my games are gone and ofcourse this game too that i already grind like almost 15-18hours time onscreen if i remember

I installed the patch from different places as well as the game, tried to change the Japanese locale and also the computer language to Japanese, but I always don't have the part with pregnancy, that is, there is a patch but no part with pregnancy. I got to the last girl but still the pregnancy tab did not appear, or does it appear only after completing the game? The only thing I haven't checked yet is to complete the game and finish inside all the girls, but to be honest I don't want to complete the game 3 times, since I didn't understand what to do on the last girl for the first time, I always completed it on random.
