No, it's more like the end of humankind . After 30 years, they suddenly forgot to use archiving software.

Use 7zip or WinRAR. Windows can't open anything (only plain zips).

Both failed? Weird.Maybe the extraction is silently blocked by AV or Defender.. But otherwise the archive is fine. works for me with WinRAR 7.
