Ooo good question! My guess is it's someone the developers haven't added to the game yet (maybe it's a placeholder?). This is just a pure guess based on Dr. Reyes doesn't have art yet either. At first, I thought it was like a secret character you had to click on when they appeared, but then the shadow rabbit man kept appearing.

Patrons of a certain tier can get a silhouette of their own OC mulling about the mansion.
We're adding in the ability to see their friendship level in a future build.

Before the developer corrected us, I was thinking it could be White Rabbit from Marvel Comics.
But nope, just a placeholder for a future patreon in the game.

I look forward to learning how much alcohol Shiny has to ingest before building up the nerve to start reading this board.
So, I came back to this game after playing the 0.2b version and I've got to say that there have been a lot of improvements in this short period of time.
The general feel of the UI is better, the kinks and personalities of the girls are better fleshed out (pamper me jean onee-chan pls) and the progression feels more natural and less grindy: the grind is still there but compared to other games TNH is far less time-consuming and advancing the main story is actually beneficial to the conquest of the girls.
The only thing that I found weird (and if I'm not mistaken someone already pointed it out) is that I pursued Jean first and after having enough love and trust I obtained her permission to start a serious relationship with the others; as soon as I DARED to smile at Laura she pulled a Goku on me by instantly teleporting wherever I was at the moment and throwing a tantrum about it.
She calmed down after a couple of days, but it was quite jarring.
Aside from that, I had a blast playing and I have to agree that the game is far more "dating sim" than "trainer", which I'm completely fine with; also the first thing that I thought about the man-rabbit in the background was "what the hell is Frank from Donnie Darko doing in here?".
Overall, just keep at it, this game is already very good and with the new content coming up (hopefully soon) it will become even better.

this is a known issue with all 3 girls. I believe they are working on it for next update

bring them all to the pool and swim or tan. Bringing them all to study in class also works. Bringing them to the danger room does not foster friendship.

Basically any time they spend together on the map, even without Null, helps up their friendship. 'Cept when the player trains in the danger room. That apparently kicks all the other characters from the room. If you get them to a certain friendship level they're more likely to hangout without player intervention, which'll continue to improve their friendship. The earlier you get them hanging out the less you'll have to do it on purpose.
