It makes more sense given the nature of his powers, too.
We're not shooting lasers from our cock head or anything. Power nullification is a support power at it's baseline.
If Null pairs that up with gaining other martial prowess on TOP of that, then he'd have more reason to start stepping up to bat of his own accord, but until that happens (Laura's doing her best, but you don't become a black belt overnight) then Null's whole viability relies more on well-utilized opportunity and/or stealth. That also puts him at significant risk of getting Yamcha'ed on sight too, as we've already seen lol

Honestly null should be able to stand his ground i am not talking suplexing juggernaut but people with normal height or weight unless he plays consent simulator with someone like colossus for a few months and get in his pants after a long life changing relationship and borrow his powers for awhile and about getting hospitalized he should just have a charger period like michael myers but again his powers just came out so i think we should just get passive stuff like regeneration from laura or being able to hear/smell stuff from miles unless the dev team just wanna turn him into deadpool from x-men origins

People here acting like all Null does is get his ass kicked , nobody puts an emphasis on who kicked his ass , the frickin Juggernaut and Sentinels , those things will give seasoned mutants a hard time let alone a guy who barely knows what he has become
As for the incident in the town , idk what outcome other players got but in my playthrough he took out that entire mob by himself to the point where both he and Kurt looked scared , the guy started to realise how dangerous he could actually be and how easy it is to loose control , a good dilemma to tackle in future arcs , his powers of nullification is just scratching the surface as his abilities clearly go beyond that , a good display of his healing factor could also be seen during the mob assault as he brushed off a stab wound like it was nothing and also healed rather rapidly , maybe not on par with Laura and Logan but very close , the writers are definitely cooking and i am excited
Now all Null has to do is juggle maintaining a good GPA , Danger room sessions and fucking the girls brains out till the end of the year which shouldn't be too hard eh , also shoutout to the devs for how they implemented the achievement system , there are some good ones to chase after

Null/Zero are Biokinetic Manipulators(in my headcanon). Like a natural Mr Sinister, honestly having them on the frontlines at all is an absolute waste.

Y'know, given that this game welcomes self-insertion to a fairly high degree: Getting dropped by Juggernaut, understandable. Getting dropped by a giant robot, also understandable. But, I personally wouldn't be too enthused about visiting faceless nurse whatshername for a third hospitalization due to getting Team Rocket ass blasted by... fuck, I dunno, Toad I guess. I just couldn't even.

In his defence, Juggernaut is a beast that can beat up even Wolverine, and Sentinels were the prime cause of death for mutants during that time.
If Emma is the villain next time, Emma absolutely fucked alot of X-men, and not just in the fun way.

Could Ø even do anything from a support position?
He can't effectively Nullify if he's not touching the enemy, and he can't use the leech ability if he's surrounded by allies instead of enemies.

From all the training he is getting very good with close quarters combat and has learned to handle various weapons thanks to Laura , he can also turn his nullification on and off at will now despite it giving him a headache , as for his ability drain he can control the radius to an extent thanks to his training with Jean but it's still wonky , before it was either all out or nothing , now he can tune it's use which grants him a massive boost that allowed him to remain on par with Laura which even surprised her but the moment fatigue kicks in it turns off and his ass lands on the floor , he is currently working on extending that effect and getting more control over it with Laura guiding him in the process
He can definitely be more than just support , just needs more time with his powers

I'm missing a few "hidden" achievements and was wondering if anyone knew what they were. They are the achievements after triple kill, after fashion guru, and after bronze v card. I think one was tied to jealousy but since I maxed the characters I may have locked that achievement.

Null has mostly even odds against Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Jean, Rogue, Iceman, Angel, Sunfire, and Banshee.
Colossus, Wolverine, Beast, Thunderhawk, and X-23 will floor him without powers though since they're all built like brick houses. (Two of them are tiny brick houses but still)
Storm knows that heart bursting technique from Kill Bill and early on was recognized as the X-Men's most skilled hand to hand expert.
