I'm... actually pretty surprised at how rare these are in games.
Easy to achieve IRL if you do enough foreplay and know your partner's weak spots.

That was probably my post. The article I linked also has stats on tattoo regret (about 24% of people that have tattoos say they regret one or more of them). So notable, but not a majority. And I think it's quite logical to assume that as the number of people that get tattoos increases, the number that are looking to have them removed would increase proportionately if all other things remain equal, yes? I will say also that I think several factors in our current society (like influencers and social media) may push people to making impulsive, trendy decisions that they are more likely to regret. Not even necessarily that they got a tattoo specifically, just that they might regret their choice of tattoo. That, and the improved tattoo removal technology may make some people more likely to get tattoos they would otherwise hesitate to get otherwise.I don't feel like looking back a single page or scrolling up to find the post, but there was one about stats referring to tattoo acceptance in general popular culture today. That's true enough, but tattoo removal is also at an all time high thanks to new technology and people's sense of regret about looking like a clown. There's two sides to every coin and pretending otherwise is frankly foolish, also lectures on common sense just get on my nerves
Regardless, the main point of my post was to suggest that the fact they are more commonly accepted is likely why there's more interest in having characters with them nowadays than in the past.
Sadly, I'd wager a lot of people don't regularly have sex with sufficient foreplay and mutual communication with their partner about what pleasures them best.

Its not like it requires new art or anything, timing the mutual orgasms was something really fun to do in RLE.
The slice of life stuff and introductions to the world make for a good foundation towards building stories that matter to the player, so it was a good call.

The idea? Make them friends, and when you fuck their best friend, tada, it's magic, they're less angry.
And if you ask them first, they're totally on board, it's magic (not like in real life!
)edit : to ask them for the "holy Graal" , it's in relationship tab or the first option , don't remenber ( i always make them friends on first week , so i don't have to wast more time after , and you can swim easily on 1st chapter ) when you talk to them

What the other responder replied applies, but if you really want things to go smoothly, take turns going on dates with all 3 of the Chapter 1 girls during the "dating" phase and don't rush the dates either. You want to get them all to the poly love/trust requirements (300 love and 600 trust, I think) before finishing your third date with anyone. And you can kill two birds with one stone by doing lots of group class, training, and studying together to build trust and their friendship at the same time. Pool time, movie nights, and BBQs also help. Just make a group chat on your phone and ask if anyone in the group wants to come join you in those activities. After a certain love/trust point all 3 of them will come join you virtually every time. Do that and when it comes time to discuss the relationship after third dates, you immediately have the choice to talk to them about being polyamorous, and they're all cool with it, though some ask you to tell them if you want to date someone else first (and I'd recommend you do that to avoid trust loss).
It's why I never cared for hook up culture.
I'll throw this at the dev team.

Does that mean you guys are reconsidering the idea of side-girls/hookups/flings after the completion of Chapter 2? Maybe we can get only full fledged Love Interests all around then? Quality over Quantity?

A bit too soon to make a judgement my man, the reason you're relatively sane right now is because there's been a lull in the updates. As soon as a version comes out, the people who don't bother to read are going to come out of the woodwork and if you're not careful and still being your helpful self *BAM* right back into the straitjacket for you.
