I also imagine she won't be like the other love interests, as she'd not only still be an antagonist but also be busy with her own businesses and school. I do think in year 3 we will be able to seduce Emma, but we'd actually have to go seek her out instead of yearly progression like the other LIs.

I imagine the basis for that will be that instead of body swapping with Storm and further alienating the X-Men, she'll invite Null to her Penthouse as part of a scheme to seduce Null to her cause to use against the other Hellfire club members, with the X-Men only letting Null go as it's their best chance to spy on the Hellfire club. This probably would all be optional content, as Emma is not the type to share at this point in her life, and it'd take a lot of work on Null's part to crack that.

That would depend on the writing team and how they decide to tackle that, the characters arent extrictly following the same path and there are characters here that shouldnt be around until much, much later, but atleast in the comics at this point she doesnt.

It'd add a whole air of tension to every meeting with Emma, as she'd know Null is spying for the X-Men and probably state it outright, but is so arrogant that even without her psychic powers, she'd be able to turn Null to her side (Also, probably a deep psychological need for control after Dark Phoenix kicked her ass and probably taunted her about needing her psychic powers to maintain any power).

Imagine the dread Null would feel if he attended a Hellfire Club meeting with Emma and they openly discussed their plans in front of him, because it'd be an open flaunting of their power to the X-Men even after their defeat in the Dark Phoenix arc.

Everyone knows you're not allowed to hug another girl without your girlfriend throwing a hissy fit. There is no fast track. It's just a grind. Take them all swimming over and over for like 3 days and then they tolerate each other.

You can, but now youll have to actually put serious effort into get them to like each other, you activated the cheating flag.

At neutral, you can get them to like each other easily with the BBQ or pool party events.

how it worked previously, haven't had time to check the new code fully yet. I'm basing this off memory.

If your doing events to raise their friendship level by +2 at a time and then do something to "cheat" again then you go back down to the very bottom tier of friendship again and have to start all over again from scratch. You have to ignore any romantic stuff with the affected love interest's until you get them to friends and get permission to date the other from each one.

Basically your now stuck pushing a boulder up a hill and a misstep will cause the bolder to go all the way to the bottom of the hill again.
