I've been paying very close attention yo nulls powers and having connected all the dots after listening to all the experts I can definitively say that I've got to the bottom of this mystery. Its not what you think, its not what any of you think and you won't believe it when you hear it. Its actually pretty shocking and brilliant IMHO. There is a clear understanding of the source material as well as the broader marvel universe at large as well as human psychology and nutrition. It plays with several tropes congruent with mutation and the concept of heroism in the modern world without being a modern tale that you may see in modern comics. Modern. Once again its shocking. I can't stress how shocking it is. If you've read winesburg, ohio, then you're ahead of the curve. The nature of the secret mystery that you haven't noticed about nulls power and "strange" lack of power is tied to stress and his potential to grow stronger through stress, like the geological pressur that creates a diamond, a diamond with emotions. Empathetic null is the hero of heroes and a diamond in the ruff, if you will. There are also, probably unintentional, parallels to the tain bo cuailnge in ways that I won't talk about here. A hint would be who is cu chulainns father? And why steal a cow? Or a spear that thirst for blood. The point of this, all of this is

RonChon:been working on a companion app for the game that allows you to interact with the character models and background art in a true sandbox. it's helpful for me testing out how animations will look rendered in-game, and it means that community members can preview character art before it's actually incorporated into the game properly

for example, I've started rigging up Rogue's supine paizuri pose with a bunch of the new layer features coming in 0.9a, and those of you with beta access can go ahead and download the current beta build of the viewer app and mess around with the new customization options!

I'll be releasing new models to preview in the viewer app as I rig them up!

Artist me: Can't say that I was expecting photo mode in a Ren'Py game, but here we are. Though odds are that I'll still extract the files and upscale some screenshots if I end up creating more desktop wallpapers, in part because I can't imagine that the artists are willing to redo their work at 5120 x 2160 for weirdos like me who use a 21:9 monitor. So, this is great for those who want screenshots in 16:9.

Before i ever played the game while i was looking only from the outside and trying to see what content it had since i couldn't play it myself (yet), i think i saw an image of the world map tab somewhere and not knowing what was in game but having seen the skills page and that there is a danger room level i thought maybe it was going to have a sandbox mini-game of "fights" showing up there and you being able to go there to fight and maybe get exp or money or something.

Of course having played the game now i know its just for locations that aren't in the mansion and that's it. And i know more locations are coming in the future but dunno if they going to be more mansion places or maybe other locations in the city, or possibly further away. Maybe even places you can only go if Kurt bamf's you there, would be cool.

Have any specifics been said about the new locations? the only stuff i know is from having seen a few of Boots "Devs are cooking right now, cant say much or i'm the next ingredient™ " and other comments here

Unfortunately, 'we have plans, stay tuned' is literally all we're able to say right now. We're currently laying the groundwork for the start of Ch.2, but once we get all our ducks in a row, we'll hopefully be able to start sharing our bigger plans. I can say that we want to expand the number of places you can go past the mansion and mall, but I'm not able to say more than that.
