I mean if you constantly choose the boyscout option don't be surprised that you get the boyscout result.I've been replaying the game. One thing that stands out a bit is that a lot of the dialogue getting closer to the girls in events consists of trite "don't overdo it" and "I'm here for you" stuff if you solely pick the "good" choices.
Which, y'know, these phrases are a real thing.. But it kind of feels like reading Wayne Family Adventures (character gets mad, character 2 follows them and asks what wrong, pep talk with im here for you, drama solved) when it's always the only good option in any stressful situation and it's done again and again for different characters.
I can tell you that you most certainly have not solved their problems by giving verbal affirmation.
If anyone thinks that Rogue, Jean, and Laura's issues are solved by end of the Chapter 1 then you've underestimated our ability to cause you pain.
Just because we decided on an end point doesn't mean we don't have more ideas.Edit: Also wtf, there's gonna be a sequel? And the mc is the same? I really wanna know how yall are gonna fit the previous game's possible giant harem into the second game's lore haha.
We started with the period after Giant Sized X-Men because that's when the X-Men started getting an identity comparable to what they have to modern expectations (I mean every X-Men story revolves around or builds up to the Phoenix for a reason) and we chose to end at Onslaught because... Well Marvel went to shit after that event with the Heroes Reborn "reset" failing miserably so it's a decent place to take a break.
