Ouch. That's a storyline that hits awfully close to home for Laura. Magnificent game though, the making of the enemy AI's decision tree giving the appearance of intelligence was really interesting to read and watch vids about.

No. The game will progress from 2005-ish to 2010-sh. There's just no in game calendar because of the time skips and players having the option to hold off on going to the next section staying in a winter that last 100 years.
