Yeah it’s very well put together was surprised how much there was to this game when I first played it. But I’m curious how much longer or bigger chapter 2 will be story wise. Like how much will be packed into a season.

Chapter 2 onward will be more chonky with their plotlines. Unlike Chapter 1, they won't have all of their major story beats restricted to end of season events.

Sort of. But Null's Power Negation seems stronger than Leech. From what I see the other part of the power is somewhere in-between Mimic and Darwin.

Leech can turn off physical mutations and he can't control this ability.

So while Leech can not only prevent X-23 and Wolverine's healing factors, they won't be able to pop their claws if Leech is standing next to them.

Null can't turn off physical mutations such as the before mentioned claws and he can allow Wolverine and X-23 to use their powers even if he's touching them.

True. Can Leech stop telepathic attacks or stop telekinetic guided projectiles from hitting him( like Jean and the tennis ball)? From what I remember he had a short range total power negation zone for people standing in range. So if Xavier or Jean were standing 100ft away they can still mess with Leech.

Saw you fellas talking about Null's archetype so I decided to give my own experience on the matter. Generally speaking, I tend to go with a more eager/positive Null, tho since the Sentinel attack I decided to go on a more bitter-ish route, at least enough that it made people already perceive me as the bitter archetype. Still, I do agree that playing a bitter Null from the beginning sounds kinda weird. But anyway since I have multiple saves I'm considering to adopt different archetypes on my saves just to know what it feels like.

Science has shown that (for example) humans and neantherals fucked happily as much if not more then they fought.

In all fairness, neanderthals couldnt fire gay beams into your mind or turn into your grandma to scam you, normal humans in the world of Marel have VERY good reasons to fear and distrust mutants, specially when even the X-men are normally very secretive and tend to clash with more goverment-alligned heroes.

Hell, Laura is a living example.
One moment youre taking a picture with a cute, disabled orphan girl for your presidential campaign.
the next she pops claws and kills you, the secret service, your entire family, and everyone that showed up for the rally.

So is this a good amount of new content considering none of the new LIs will be in it? Sounds more like additional polish of already available content or do I get this wrong?

It's more like a preparation for the second season. The animations aren't finished yet either. But they'll be fleshed out by then and they'll also take into account the feedback on the new stuff they've added ane iron it out.
