Like, add back in the consent that they took out, and add even more consent.
Talking to the girls requires consent. Taking a shower in the locker room requires consent. And you now need Rogue's consent in order to try to save her from Juggernaut. ...and even Juggernaut's consent in order to save Rogue from Juggernaut because men have feelings too.

Laura is protected by Good Samaritan laws. Neither Rogue nor Null were in position to refuse. Null though -- he was interfering in the consensual exchange between Colossus and Juggernaut. Colossus specifically requested Juggernaut's attention even if he could have been less vague to conform to guidelines.

So null's regeneration is on par if not better than logan and laura , interesting to see how this ability keeps developing , so far it seems that it depends on the energy being emitted around null to determine how strong it is , it's kinda busted tbh just like his nullification
