I mean, the game literally warned you.
Nightcrawler went out of his way to break the 4th wall to be the tutorial, thats Wade's level and he went for it for your sake.

In fairness. This is from the timeline that Magneto chose peace. Wolverine got lost in the sauce and started killing a lot of people that really didn't deserve it. And if they did, he interrupted their redemption arcs.

The only thing I see that I can kind of understand that keeps popping up is that certain things trigger when you leave your room but some people only sleep in the girls room, then wonder how to get events to trigger. Of course to get to the point where you sleep in the girls room, you usually have to see events trigger outside your room so it shouldn't be a new thing for the player.

I think the bigger issue is that the game interprets flirting as cheating without clarifying that even flirting counts, leading to weird unrecoverable spirals where the girl never reaches the forgiveness stage. I mean, I get it, the primary writer is way into consent, but that "time of the month" doesn't equal the entire month! Still, adequately explaining systems in games without giving everything away is kind of a subtle art, so if the dev gotta break the fourth wall to hit you over the head with an explanation, prolly worth paying attention...

Nah much smoother gameplay and I like the drawing style better on this. I play both regularly.

Just to confirm: The threshold is establishing a girlfriend. If you're single, you can date and flirt with everyone to your heart's content.
