She don't like the other LI (girl(s)), do more study (+2 friendship points) or movie nights (+4), pool sunbath and so on with all girls together.

Check the relationships between the women in the journal. You want them to be good friends or better. It can take more than a few shared activities.

Aw, so Rogue and Laura aren't the best friends actually and Jean is a rival. Try to put Rogue and Jean into classes, and study, train whatever 'til they become Acquaintances, rinse and repeat with all three girls aftter.

We dont know the ETA, since the new girls will be introduced in 1.1, but the saves will carry over since precisely the point of not adding new girls and such before 1.0 is to no have to keep reworking the core game.

You pissed rogue off too many times and now are in the hole with her in regards to the other girls.
You need to stop interacting with the other girls and only do group activities with all three until they all become friends. As in no dating , no flirting, no sex. If you don't you are just going to end up either not making any progress or slip even further down.
Then make sure to "ask to date" each girl with all of them until asking it shows no options for all of them. It's going to take a good while since you now have Jean as a Rival to Rogue due to your actions.
you don't need them to be good friends only need to be friends as in BLUE.
