With stamina_boost1 I really have trouble to reach higher combat ratings (danger room level). I'm rather stuck at 2.25 or so while also maintaining the 4.0 GPA.
Not that it really matters that much gameplaywise, but if the game rewards me with neat narratives and comments of the girls, then here is another motivation to quickly boost stamina to at least the second stamina upgrade and obtain the Healthy Diet perk.
Ororo favors_academic, Kitty maybe too but seems to like artsy stuff as well, Dazzler surely social/arts. Emma someday maybe athletic but art/social possibly too. Increasing this combat rating gives a nice love/trust/desire boost for favors_athletic like Laura so far, so can't hurt to reach at least 5.0 for a x1.4 modifier and the best narratives/comments so far.

Null with art scholarship could really need more love, as maximizing the social scores still seems too easy. Special events with Dazzler is one idea. Rogue has one special art-dialogue too so far, but there should be more.

There is no final decision if rather music or visual arts yet, but wouldn't mind if that stays flexible for whatever future favors_social companion or even buddy.
Let's see at first what the futher locations will bring as entertainment in the next game versions.

Can't work this way if you drop all the extracted folders into the game one.
1) I don't really care much about that one since I made that and bravo as a request from salscou and it wasn't meant for maintenance or ease for everybody to use since he knew how to put it in since it was originally packed more loose. You originally linked them without really asking. It's fine as it is I suppose, but quality wasn't really the focus for those two( Ok. Bravo took at least a little bit of effort to be fair). Just meant for fun and laughs.
2) It should go without saying that it is mutually exclusive with bravo anyway.
3) ok fine I fixed it. (y)

I tend to max out all the girls as quickly as possible despite the fact it's easier later on. At bare minimum I end up maxing out Rogue and unlocking poly for Jean and Laura before moving on to next season.

Personally I'll probably mod my game to ignore friendship status for dating the other girls and leave that for interactions and later on threesomes for that stat. Having to grind out two separate things as well as one of them having a chance to fail and have the girl bail on the interaction slowing it down even more is a bit much for me personally. Especially later on when we have even more Love interests.

I also feel there is more potential for fun interactions with the girls if they aren't friends, maybe even rivals as it opens up more ideas for little interactions like maybe one love interest trying to interrupt you on a date with another she is a rival with, etc. tho that could also be incorporated into the more dominant quirked Love interests.

Yeah the achievement store is kinda meh. I only unlock the Trust and Love gains and ignore it, and I only do that because I feel like I'm not making progress like I should if I don't have those. I'd personally would like it if it didn't affect game play and instead only unlocked cosmetic things like Phone backgrounds/ringtones and player looks, Maybe some cosmetics for Null's Room.
That was my original thought in the past too that this shop will rather offer cosmetic stuff.
Gaining additional skill points, +20% L/T gain and mo money for whatever else will be introduced, has a huge impact. Well, this extra is still useful for people who tend to start over all the time, less so for casual one-playthrough players.
If someone doesn't bother about the goals, you can still earn a-points infinitely by winning leaderboard rankings, what I think was a good design decision to motivate to play at least 14 game days per season.
I'd still like to obtain all the mutant abilities for the fun but 19 skill points alone (+16 perks) so far is already quite a sum to obtain. Oberserving the slow XP gain with only stamina-boost1, I doubt I will ever reach level 19+ until chapter 5. You really need to boost stamina more to further increase the XP gain. The achievement extra skill points will come handy to save real time grinds.
It depends on further added activities how much game time you like to spend in each season before it's getting boring without unique events. More girls per season will surely alone increase the fun time. Racing through seasons in like four days is certainly no good way to earn levels/skill points and have fun in the long run.
I think this is partly down to the fact all we have right now is still obviously early game. If it seems stingy with XP gain and skill points to the point that the achievement shop bonuses feel necessary, well, we're in Chapter 1. You wouldn't expect to be able to max out all the stats/perks/XP rate at this stage in any other game.

Admittedly it's bit dull when you're trying to level up in the current build, but I assume the devs are well aware of this and have plans for how to increase that sense of progression as the game goes on. I'd also bet that the extra side-activities and hangouts they're planning to introduce will carry XP rewards as well.

You, I, and others say this in multiple ways a lot but people keep forgeting the game balance is not meant for 1 chapter, it's designed for like 5.

1) sorry for that hasty linking, as it's still so hard to find mod stuff for the game if you haven't followed every post since ages. Forum search functions hardly show what you are looking for, especially not in a 19k+ post topic plus that other offtopic topic.

2) Here I have added a new skin called "denton" to the other skin selections. It's still improvised but a start how to additionally add more there. Adding an extra customization option for eyewear would be more complex for sure.
One additional skin is still fine, but two starts to demand prev/next buttons there.

If the game is supposed to get more mod support, maybe it will become easier to add something like this.

It's fine. It's just that I didn't really care if those 2 were packed sloppy since they did their main thing just fine on request.

For the one I care about more, I'll merge it and make a mod link on the OP called OriginalComicEyeColors and try to keep it updated once Dazzler comes out... assuming Ron doesn't change any more character eye colors.

Aren't they canonically fake until Krakoa made them big naturals same with her blonde hair.
I have no idea. I stopped reading Marvel comics in general in the 2000s. The only comics I read that weren't between the 70s and 90s for research were X-23's origin stories and Chuck Austin's "Missing Years" and that was EXCLUSIVELY because reading the 60s comics is suffering when trying to put a timeline together... I mean Chuck Austin's stories are are suffering too but a different kind.

Will we still be a student or also be graduated.
Null's gonna be a sophomore. He graduates in the prologue to Chapter 5.

So where will Null be during the brood saga or it just won't be a thing at all.
It sounds like it'll happen, but Null will be doing something else at the same time.

Maybe he'll be helping out with the New Mutants? They're introduced at the same time.

Magik's introductory comic book is also literally the preceding issue before the saga. Null having to specifically look after the newly freed Magik, while Piotr has to deal with Shi'ar politics with the rest of the X-Men is also a possibility and is something Piotr would ask of Null.
This is likely the route we'd go.

Though not as commonplace in this game's community, this should satisfy those who ask for pregnancy.

...And of course, I had to look.

Im afraid of the Brood showing up precisely because

This is actually a major contributing factor as to why people don't want Null to directly interact with the Brood.

Edit: Don't @ me with a "well actually" Boots. It's a joke.
Nah you're good.

The team actually is pretty vanilla though. I'm the kinkiest member.

I haven't progressed the story yet because I was trying to finish all the objectives, gain high trust and go for polyamory.

Do you guys think is a bad idea to do it now? Should I progress the story and gain trust with them in the meantime?
You can do whatever you like. It's your adventure.
Pretty much this. We're intentionally developing the game that minmaxing won't be needed.

We have content for rivals already. If you have high love with Jean and Rogue but aren't dating Jean gets agro with Rogue.

If you date Rogue but not Jean, Jean gets butt hurt. Especially if her big sis quirk is activated.

Even when you raise friendship to get into poly, Jean is still possessive.

It's nothing hardcore as the only reason the initial 3 don't have much "rival" content is because they have no reason to hate each other unless you cheat on them because they consider the other a manstealer.

Expect plenty of rival content to come in future chapters when there are characters who canonically hate each other.

I'm not going to spoil anything but Rogue in the comics had a lot of insecurity issues with Dazzler even after they both joined the X-Men.

Also, Boots is showing up more often. Let him deal with it.

Edit: My PC was in the shop.

I mentioned it to someone else here but I really really don't like how "new game +" like the whole achievement system they added makes things.
Yeah the achievement store is kinda meh

I mean this is pretty much everything in a nutshell.

We don't want to end up like Summertime Saga so we're gonna be balancing things for the long run since we're in active development. I know I said we want 1.0 to feel as complete of a game as we could make it but that's feature complete. Balancing is still with 5 chapters planned because we don't wanna do a revamp.

It's why the gifts and clothing are so expensive and why the girls start with full wardrobes and why they unlock outfits you don't purchase.

Well that and we wanted it to feel like they shop for clothes when you're not around. One of those immersive details we like to add.

You just want Kitty to call you "Big Bro".

Kitty : "Help me, onii-chan! I'm stuck in the wall!" :sneaky:
I swear I'm gonna beat up whomever is leaking my outlines.

as it's still so hard to find mod stuff for the game if you haven't followed every post since ages.
When 1.0 comes out I'm going to make an F95 thread dedicated to mods officially endorsed by the team.

As a reminder, here are our modding guidelines.

We can't stop people from breaking these guidelines but eh.

I think the gripe a few of us had is that the achievement points can be spent on straight up upgrades on new playthroughs. I know it's meant as a new game plus thing, but feels kind of sour. Rewards you to play in a particular way. Might as well just get all achievements on one playthrough then make another one to play how you actually want.
One thing is for sure: I'm also going to enjoy this game a lot more later when I restart it again with that extra achievement (skill) point reserve without paying attention to any of these silly achievements. :giggle:

Yeah. I'm thinking about just cheating to unlock all achievements so that on subsequent saves I get the points. Not ideal but I really hate that it gives points and pushes to reward you to play how you truly want only on repeat runs

Edit: My PC was in the shop.
And be glad that it was. People taught me one particular thing about Rogue in '97, and I turned it into quite the adventure over the past month or so. 90% of my spoilers were not safe, and I recently decided to end the gag due to needing .

Yeah, I rebranded off topic again.

Only a minor issue collecting statistics in the game:

When you switch to Jean's unique signature pose Prone Blowjob the game does: Jean.History.update("blowjob")
I haven't found out where and how in the scripts, but my own displayed tracker shows an increase by Jean.History.check("blowjob") everytime I switch to this pose. This can be infinitely repeated during one hookup session.
Normally, the game only counts one of such actions per quarter-day. It's more useful counting such actions for anal and deepthroat training, less so for something like blowjobs.

One example where this statistic is used:
Code:
    if Jean.History.check("blowjob") >= 11:
        ch_Jean "*suck*"
"Her experience and skill shine through as she expertly brings you to the edge, knowing just the right buttons to press."

Which is an issue due to the fact that it's only one chapter that's still in development.

Many achievements, and even some features, that currently exist are balanced for a longer gaming experience.

The NG+ element was implemented now because adding it in later would be a pain in the ass.

It's why we have achievements for stuff that's not even in the game(Like the Gold V Card) and the code monkeys can tell you that we have hidden achievements that are "empty" and that's only because we don't want the code monkeys spoiling things for themselves.

Fun fact. Ron accidentally left a reference to Kitty in the code for one of the betas before she was revealed but, because our community is awesome, the code monkeys that found it didn't spoil it for the code illiterate because I asked nicely.

Im curious about something, before the reveal of the chapter 2 girls, and minus Storm ofc, what were the most requested girls for chapter 2?
Im sure Kitty was around the top.
