Thanks for the answers. A couple of follow up questions, Love, Trust and Friendship are currently capped to 1000 right? I presume that there's isn't a plan in the works of introducing limits to these stats later on after v1.0 aside from Friendship which may be capped by early events like Laura's or have maximum caps of Good Friends like Jean currently does with Rogue and Laura? Meaning if I'm patient enough (or if I cheat) I can get all Love Interests' Love and Trust to 1000 by grinding more than a coffee grinder? Also, you mentioned different dialogue depending on when players persue the love interests but what about depending on their stats? Would a max stat Jean who was friendzoned for 4/5 whole chapters react differently compared to one whose stats are only increased during chapter 5/6?To my knowledge, Null will never be cut off of pursuing a girl. There would likely be different variance in dialogue depending when you pursue them.
I don't know much of what the plan is in regards to what if you max out love but I'd assume our team would have some pining going on.
There is confirmed to be unique interactions depending on combination.
Kitty really fucking hates Emma and in some timelines takes pleasure in killing her.
Emma and Jean are both omega level telepaths and that has had them bicker over who top bitch is in that regard as until Emma, Jean was the only other person than Xavier to be able to use Cerebro. So you can expect the other to try and one up each other in a possible relationship.
Especially as I stated in another comment, Jean already tries to prove she's top bitch if you date all three of the girls in chapter 1.
Yes. I don't know all of them and I don't want to spoil what I do know. I only use that example as it's really fucking funny when people doubt me.

OK, now that I'm done pestering you with gameplay questions for now onto the issue of me wanting to donate. Both merleved's and your responses have convinced miserly me to finally open his wallet and contribute something to the project for once. Hell... I haven't even played the game yet and already I have extracted a couple dozen-ish hours of entertainment from finally finishing reading through the main thread. And there's still the off-topic thread left if I wanted to spend another dozen hours. Plus I really don't want to read one day either Buttholder, ronchonbon or you announcing The Null Hypothesis is stopping development due to insufficient funding. I want to see your sequel ideas of The Null Hypothesis 2, 3 or even a DC version of TNH become reality man.You are, in fact, mistaken.
It was a massive overhaul for the game's code. Months of work, not a minor tweak. The entire sandbox portion of the interactions was reworked and a lot of it substantially re-written. Non-plot required interactions between Null and the girls will now rarely be the same twice as the new code draws from a massive pool of variables and applies somewhat organically. It not only adds a fresh dynamic to the game, but allows for seamless, extremely easy additional dialogue/interactions to be put in later, either by the devs or by modders.
Further, entire scenes and portions of dialogue in the game itself were added/re-written to accommodate different paths. A great deal of content was added to deepen the experience for those who chose to have a platonic relationship only with one of the LIs and assign full weight to the relationships with or without Quirks.
An entirely new aspect of the sex system was developed and implemented, so that the LIs become more experienced and learn different sexual techniques, etc over time and usage, becoming more proficient with them and entire new dialogue trees to accompany that.
A lot of optimization changes were implemented to smooth Live2D as well, allowing for smoother play, especially on Android.
New soundtracks for several scenes as well.
It's been a huge effort, especially by the coders, and will make future development and modding markedly easier. The next update (0.9) will be fairly art intensive.
That said, as someone in the thread mentioned earlier, the art requirements for the game alone are nearly 5K/month and most of the development costs are funded personally by Ron and a small handful of supporters. Ron doesn't spend much time fundraising or soliciting financial support, but he brought it to public attention recently that roughly 4500 of the Patreon followers don't contribute anything at all. If even a portion of them did, it'd make a huge impact.
If you want new chapters and new characters sooner, please do consider heading over to the game's Patreon and signing up. Even paying a buck a month will shave months off of the development timeline if enough people do it.
Got to ask though, what's the direct donation method you mentioned in a previous post? Patreon doesn't accept my card and I can't top up my PayPal without a bunch of hassle either.
