I should mention that raising friendship between characters can be slow. It takes 20 friendship to go up one tier (acquaintance to friends, for example) working out and going to class together only ups it by one (usually). The BBQ will be the best bang for your bug on raising friendship. But cheating will drop them down an entire tier.

There really should be a way to track friendship progress in-game, 'cause ngl not knowing how far along you are makes it feel way longer than 20

Heh in my very first run, I pissed Rogue off so much that her friendship level with Jean was at -80 (enemy status), and without cheating, you'll have to grind for a very long time to get it back to 0. The TNHUXmod shows you these friendship values in the Relationship tab, if you're interested.

Heh in my very first run, I pissed Rogue off so much that her friendship level with Jean was at -80 (enemy status), and without cheating, you'll have to grind for a very long time to get it back to 0.

I feel you. Despite the fact I make the cheat injector, I don't actually use it all that often in my playthroughs. I used it for friendship this time around. I went through a few days of having Jean and Laura train together and still nothing changed. When I checked the value in the console, it said 14. It's also pretty hard to get the to go the BBQ together to up those points. I think sunbath and/or swim together was suppose to be faster but it was in winter when I was upping friendship so I wasn't going to do that.

To all new comers, here is what I understant about friendship among girls, it needs about 20 points to go up 1 tier.
Ex: 20 points for Aquaintances to Friends and 20 points for Friends to Good Friends.
Each activity you do with them together like swimming, training, studying and movie night ups 1 point, so you have to grind a little to get them to be friends with each other.
As part of the story, and if you don't mess it up somehow, Rogue and Laura will become friends automaticaly after the Laura event where she asks you to be her friend.
Basically, get the 3 girls together and all kinds of things like swimming, studying, trainning and movie nights and if you can manage, also try to bring them to the BBQs and Pool Parties.
Also, you only need to have them 3 in the Friends tier so that everyone accepts the poly, so you have to only grind 20 actvities with all three of them together basicaly.

Is there any particular interactions or dialogue when you get relationships that low or is it something planned for future updates?

Don't know about late 26. But probably 26. 2 updates to go between now and that one which is ch2. One smaller and one larger from the looks of it.
They are already working on the writing for ch2 and have a few preview pieces of art done for it, so it's not like after the next couple of updates they'll have nothing done on ch2.

Anyway, the actual answer is that they are getting rid of it because they are adding more hair. Adding cum to all of the variants was getting tedious.

Is there a way to appeal that decision? I understand that is annoying since they add more hair.. but.. no other game acually cares about that so... Im sad.

Probably not. Here is the exact quote from the dev on the matter:

" it's being phased out -> we're adding more hair variants and it's just not sustainable to have each one have spunk variants as well "

Considering that he is adding more hairstyles to not just the girls who are out, but the next 3 as well, I guess he started to prioritize what art things he wanted most.

Damn that's so sadistic! - because some accidents and strange parts happens when you talk about poly, and still making mistakes, even not be itself, but still that really dull and heavy,
maybe devs reajust points(2 points maybe? 3points on friends status) or making more activities?
