Just put a few thousend hours of rendering, composing, writing and scripting into a VN with modern looking graphics and release it onto a platform like Patreon, Itch.io, Subscribestar etc.

I don't understand the rush to slap an abandoned tag on this game. It hasn't been listed on hold for, what?, 6 months? I've been in this forum long enough to have seen games not even in an on hold status sit for a year before an abandoned tag was slapped on it, a couple went longer. Being on hold should be enough for any Reasonable person to go to the thread, read the last 2 pages of posts, then move on and find another one to play. Your insistence makes it seem as if you have something against the dev.

FYI, I'm not protecting anybody. If your reading comprehension was on point, you would have understood that. The POINT is, why is there an insistence to call an abandoned tag for a game that was placed on hold only several months ago when there's been others that didn't even Have an "On Hold" tag, that lasted over a year before they finally got abandoned tags. If I were on any Other thread and there was only one or two people Insisting that an "Abandoned" tag be placed on a game that's been on hold for less than a year, I'd question them there as well. Clearly, the rest of the thread's not worried about it and, Again, such insistence, and your snarky attitude, makes it seem that you people have something against the dev. Have you or the others tried to find out why it was placed on hold? Or is it because you don't have patience? Or maybe you're just trolling to get responses? You tell me.

Onhold tag is on point, since he said that he is taking a break. Could it end up being abandoned? Sure, but at this point it is not.
