How do you view the hidden scene with Kat? It says unlocked, but I don't see where it would be

Not sure where you are seeing it says unlocked but to go to the Kat at the boutique scene...

Enable the console
Start a new game or load a save
Open the console with Shift + O
Paste in jump a481
(Choose the les options)

I don't recommend saving or continuing after going direct to this scene because this will probably skip a lot of necessary progress in the game.

How to delete older saves like I download the new version and the older saves with error in them keep coming up even if I delete the saves folder I can't delete them.

Saves can also exist in your user dir.
