From what I can see on the sample images in the OP, he's using original Lust Theory renders, not making his own renders using the same DAZ assets. Another forum user confirmed that videos, too. Only one render of the samples has been slightly photoshopped. I'm guessing, he hasn't rendered a single image by himself.

Well f95 is more than a pirate site though. Yes people pirate games from here but xxx games are a specific niche. Theres no big portal where we have xxx game news. Many first releases are posted here by game devs and thats how they gather their patreons. Its a grey area and it works. Now, there are fan games that use sames models but are unique and have original content like the recent Motel: WaaM but this here is a blatant copy and should be considered a mod at best.
