I knew something stuck familiar watching the black guy in the screenshot. Sure enough, saw the dev name and immediately realized its the same dude who ripped off NTRMan's game and added 3D animations to the story.

Gonna pass on it. If his previous works are any indicator, story narration isn't his strong suit and NTR's core strength is in how well you can get the scenario across.

Anyway Blacks were slaves only in the southern states before the Civil War. The western Territories were not states yet and so no slavery there even before the Civil War.
