I didn't even think about it this way, but you're exactly right.
Add to that that a lot of porn is just created to make a quick buck. The NTR genre is no exception. The genre isn't exactly high literature to begin with, and there's little incentive to put in any more effort than strictly necessary.
Maybe that's also why mom!NTR has gotten so popular. The mother-son bond doesn't require any explanation, and the scenario of a mom falling for some asshole is a lot easier to write than the scenario of an actually loyal girlfriend/wife going from sincerely loyal to cheating and unapologetic betrayal.

I could make a cheesy remark about Custer's Revenge, but that's the closest thing to a porn game with a Native American character that I can think of. I think that I've seen one or two games with Native American characters on here over the past two years, but I can't remember them.
A porn VN starring a Geronimo-like character would be awesome, but I'm not sure something like that exists yet.

Do not look for much logic in this, clearly it is ANOTHER game of the type "oh the black guy who makes the white guy NTR because... yes", being honest, that formula is already so hackneyed and worn out that it is unfortunate but I guess anyway that there are people who still like that, not to mention that it doesn't require latent to make a story like that.

The writing is so haphazard, it's genuinely a miracle to even figure out that NTR apparently exists in this game. The main character's name changed like four times in the first minute of just pressing space and skimming text. Abhorrent. Skip it.

Many blacks fled to the west before and after the civil war... mainly because slavery was not recognized or practiced in any of the US territories at that time and all three actual states west of Texas were anti-slavery.
Oh and just FYI, unlike what you see in old movies, many so called "Cowboys" at that time were actually black (more than 1/3rd in fact) simply because they worked hard, and accepted the low pay most cowboys received as a blessing.
