I've always found it in one of the cars on the road next to the spawn cave. I believe it was off the main road and the car on the overlook area facing the beach.

The rar is corrupted (checked GoFile and UploadNow), particularly the TheParasites-Windows.pak

Assuming you can even launch it, expect weird errors and crashes.

It doesn't seem to be the first time that this exact file is corrupted either, which is interesting.
