So what's the deal with this game's H-Content? I see there's at least one NPC you can interact with now. Last time I played there was basically nothing, but that was ages ago.
What's the idea here? Do the monsters fuck you? Is this just someone's attempt at a survival game that inexplicably has a few elements that make in an 'adult' game but is mostly just a survival game with little interest in the adult aspect?
None of the descriptions make any of the H-Elements at all known. What's it going for?

Its mainly a survival games. The adult content is just a side element that being added later in the development because people keep asking for it. There will be no monster sex ever. Also. The game is on Steam so the dev probably want to keep the adult stuff as vanilla as possible. Especially now with visa/master card crack down.
Currently there are various masturbate animations and animation with a new human NPC. The animations itself is hot and well done but honestly if you just want adult content there are better games out there that focus more on that.

Like others have said. It's a survival game with adult content added in. But I would add that the masturbation scenes are pretty explicit and detailed for games like this, and I would call it more like sex acts with a dildo because you can have the girl do a simulated blow job, hand job, a couple of anal positions and/or riding positions with vagina. Plus, you can have her do vaginal and anal with fingers. For now, there's three places you can have her masturbate: on a bed, on a sofa and in the shower. They all have their own variations.
So, there's some decent amount of variation overall in animations. But they're all some form of masturbation. They're hard to get to. You have to find a good build location, build all the items and also find a dildo in the world which you can not spawn in with cheats.
The general idea is that you as the MC are a parasite living in Anna, and Anna is kind of a co-MC who you manage and take care of in this survival world while you gain powers which are applied to Anna and help her survive. Sexual activities are a survival buff and also serve as fan service.

Yet another survival game that includes masturbation and a vanilla scene with a trader, and will never have anything more, oh if I had a nickle...
The problem is, if you try to be a true game instead of a H-game, you get compared to actual games, and then you realise how little you have compared to them. Guy can add all the additions and edits he wants, if I want H I'll play a H game, and if I want survival game I'll play any of the 30 more established and finished ones on steam he wants to compete with.

Try Yuna Reborn, one of the very rare exceptions where there is actual H, struggle systems, and progressive+multi-actor H instead of this dildo streamer stuff.
The trader scene is broken for me too. There are many bugs, imho a new update is needed before playing thisrelease 
Also the dev made a very big area North of the map, little city with skyscrapers, train station and more. Caves are extended too (just dont go inside the cave nearby the waterfall without a flashlight or with just the torch.. i didnt last long).
Since the update i got a very bad problem with blurred textures. i got a RTX 3050 16GB ram 4GB for GPU (i think im not technician).. i had problem before but with the help of ia o was able to edit the ini file to work with medium settings. The problem is related with foliage and lightning. Now everything i do i always get the blurred textures, also on low.
Someone got a solution for this? thanks

The parasite cant understand what Anna says. you need to eat human flesh... lvl 3 more or less and you begin to read it.. if you dont die because of puking xD

Just tried the game and got some mixed feelings.
It can use optimisation for sure, but its playable on some medium settings but looks kinda odd.
I got spawned in some cave with a broken leg, so i spent so much time limping until i barely found items to craft it and finally figure out how to use it. Then i removed it accidently and i quit game lol
Gonna try it again later. You know, i played Sons of Forest so im somewhat survival expert myself, very similar games.
But this game takes longer to understand, not cuz its complex but cuz of game flaws lol.
Anyways, hopefully its gonna be fine and i can settle somewhere, i was thinking to make a base near cave entrance up the hill where theres towers, gates and abandoned building with a tank or something, looks fine to me
