In alpha-hotfix 0.1.3.0.0 there is an update about this,
  • All corpses are now taken by train and then the mutant static points respawn (BETA)

I just installed the game, how do you use the dream mode? I want to see how goonable this game is first

If you here for the goon and stuff, this game is not for you I have to say, the sex scene and stuff are not even worth to mention, lol.

Any hint on what bit fixing, like maybe those immortal spider lady, and those red blob not dropping anything? And also any eta on that?

Well, damn, I wasn't watching, it's already 1.3. He just updated after 1 week? A man who is working alone, it's very good sign.
