Feeling a little dumb writing this, potentially getting lost but...
This game *needs* to have a gallery that unlocks when you reach a scene in game, built in. The aim of providing a more open-world experience with lots of optional scenes really benefits from at least the walkthrough/collection of a gallery. Otherwise congrats on your second game release Messman, you are running an incredibly impressive small operation ^^ .
Oh and if we could ever get fun cross-overs with like Zero Suit Samus, Cortana and other Space babes... That would be immersion-breaking but also really great.

It's going to have a gallery. Messman specifically said about Chap1 that they did regret the gallery being absent(and praised the mod that included it), and that it's part of the framework in Chap2 from the getgo. There's even a Gallery button on the main menu, it just doesn't do anything yet.

Any recommendations for games like this? Space exploration, Alien and Monster fucking, Fem protagonist...
Stellar Dream, Forgotten Paradise, SpaceCorps XXX, Mech Academy, 30YOVirgin, UFO, Through Spacetime, Dungeon Slaves to name a few.
I'd say the closest to Pilgrimage is Dungeon Slaves and then Stellar Dream.
UPDATE: Stranded in Space has no aliens but it has amazing story and dialogues.

I also want to recommend Apulaz's games if you haven't played them yet - Battle Sisters, Knight of the Lust Temple Remoistered, and Ahsoka in Exxxile.
Knight of the Lust Temple Remoistered is Abandoned
I love it but its sad that a game like this. Gets abandoned
And so is 3001: A milf space odyssey which is sad given the level of quality in its production and how far it got in the story. Even as abandoned it has enough gameplay to pass time.
