Am I doing something wrong or does Pilgrimage 2 feel very linear? In The Pilgrimage, There was a ton of random content on the side and it felt like progression was mostly tied to increasing your level through other random tasks. In this game it feels like 90% of the game is following set story missions with random interactions during them (which get repetitive pretty quickly).
I acknowledge that it's very possible I'm missing content and not aware of what's available.
I guess it is because the development is in an early stage, also Messman has showed to be a very disciplined dev, he set the bar very high when making Part 1, so this is for sure a challenge. I guess this game as a whole is to be 10x more complex for all the scenarios, each planet will hopefully have its own unique fauna and flora (which means designing the aliens/monsters from scratch), adding the management part, the battle part
please make camera angle changes, it feels dull when the camera is static, specially when our team is being assaulted, an interesting plot and so on... Taking in account that all of us hope that at each step of our gameplay we get the scenes we love and cherish. Yes, pretty complex.
In my opinion, and talking specifics, the outfit change is not strictly necessary, do I like it? Yes,
except for the masks, I like seen Tali's face. Do I prefer a more
complex and interesting game in exchange for the outfit change?
Yes, please.
Another thing I´m missing are the
Game Over scenes and the corruption part where the sperm/semen/genetic material of the different species meant a corruption level on the protagonist, meaning each corruption scene made her delve deeper into the Abbys of lust. I guess it will be present since there is an
Expertise level.
Questions:
1. Are we having some action at the Conference Room? I think that the glass is a good opportunity
2. Will there be an alien invasion inside our spaceship? We already have Slugs inside...
3. Will there be an invasion in the city?
4. I hope... Will there be a mission where Tali has to go naked due to the planet's atmosphere or surviving conditions?
* EDIT -
5. Is there the possibility of a planet of cyborgs? or "monster cyborgs"? I can imagine an organic being and all its mechanisms working in order to control Tali.
Other thing that comes to mind is... According to the author...
Does Tali enjoy the company of these monsters? IDK but when she looks for it with a non-human/non-humanoid... It doesn't feel entirely right that she enjoys it, I like to think of her as a captain with dignity that is on a mission, but due to the ENORMOUS risk in her line of work, she just reaps the disadvantages of it, which are basically that alien species have their way with her in their inhumane, brutal and primal instinct.
*END EDIT/
Thank you Messman for this amazing work of fantasy. Greetings and good luck!
