Having problem here :
In the vents, talk to Nyun, and ask her help. After sending her to help and subsequently resting, AMI will mention that Nyun went away somewhere.
is it because ami have the futa content on?

After finishing the game I installed the gallery mod to see if I missed anything. I MISSED HALF OF THE GAME. There is whole lizard tribe thing that I didnt even see.

You have to lose to the big crocodile guy a number of times. Eventually, you won't get rescued by the Krogan and his Vorcha boys, and the big guy will carry you back to his tribe. It's basically another Game Over+ content like the Apes, Bear, and Varren.

I apologize if this has been asked before, but how long does it take for the omni-tool to be fixed? It's been several in-game days since I gave the asari the needed tech parts, but Tali can't hack the data slate in the quarters because her omni-tool is still broken.

To get that suit, you need to get married to the Elcor.
The post I linked, quoted a post by Messman, has a walk through for an older version of the game and the steps for the Elcor should still be correct.

Depends how sensitive to quality you are, but yes compression inevitably sacrifices image quality so it will objectively be worse. Will it be worse enough that you notice it? That's up to you.
