any away to unlock bear? I cant find her. I’ve already completed everything in the game, but in the bear status it shows N/A and it doesn’t unlock. I’ve already activated the lair door and nothing happens.

If you can get Joiplay working, don't remember having any issues with it through that. Most renpy and a lot of rpgmaker games work
Can someone tell me if there’s a good walkthrough guide and how to join the developer’s Discord? None of the links seem to work
After the vent section rescuing Nyun, and the way back is open, after resting there, she'll go back, you can ask AMI where Nyun is. You meet her in the bar, talk to her, the training area opens up. Later go there, talk to her again. Then walk around on the ship, and eventually you'll get a random encounter where the Bear is fucking Nyun. You can try to help, I think it doesn't matter if you succeed or not. That will unlock a new event with Nyun in the Training center. After that is done, if Tali gets into a Game Over + Scenario with the Varrens or the Apes, Nyun can try to rescue her if Tali fails. And that's when you can control her.
At the lair, where Tali says there's a strong stench coming from, if you wait a bit, the Bear will walk out and attack you. You can lose, that leads to a scene. And from then on I think the Bear will be available.
Thanks. Actually, you have to wait a few seconds inside the room that leads to the bear’s lair. I wasn’t staying long enough to trigger the cutscene.

where do I put the bugfix script? I assumed in the renpy folder, but since it doesn't ask me to overwrite any files, I assume this is wrong. So where do I need to copy paste script.rpy?
When you open the folder that you extracted the game to, there should be a folder called game, that is the folder that you need to paste that file into.
In the gallery i see a battle scenes with frogs, how can i get to them. I went through all the vents and there is nothing. Thanks

There's a battle scene in the side room you can sneak through. You can also try to fight them. The other happens if you are alone in the resting room (send AMI and Nyun away for resources), and then you check the cameras. Check the 6th I think, and go backwards, you'll be ambushed by frogs then.
I think there is another scene that needs to trigger with the Batarian before you can actually fix the omni tool or you just need to sleep and give them a few days for the next step to trigger.
Try sleeping in the med bay a few times and check the hangar each time after you wake up. The game seems to have a day/afternoon/night cycle so you might just need to spend some time screwing around and sleeping for the next step to trigger.
are these two files attachments the same ??? i dont get it they both called script when i put em in the game folder they both replace each other so what do i do here ???
