yes the link is dead, Mirrodin probably decided to delete it to avoid breaking other saves, so I advise you to:
- do not post any other link for version 0.3.13 or 0.3.14
- wait a stable release

On a scale of 4 to 23, with 7 which is equal to a goldfish and 35 at the square root of chewbacca, I would put the English of this game at the same level as the neighbor's dog

It's workable. Nowhere near as bad as your typical translation for a Russian or Japanese game , even if it's definitely not proper English.
