Early release is 3 weeks prior to public release. which was April 11th for the 1.0 final version. I'm guessing someone will post an update sometime soon.

I wonder if there will be a third route for the queen domination and submission in the future update where MC defeats the queen but doesn't put a collar on her, corresponding to the quest 'the nice man and the queen'

Game was updated to 1.01 on the 15th, so maybe when he said final, he meant only final of the VR tournament

Man, I can't help but think that mind wipe collar is ruining the two endings I've seen with the Queen. Our character basically being a vegetable unable to react to the consequences of his failure is killing it for me.

Looks like he finished all of the content relating to the final battle with the queen. It's a massive battle. Most of the side stuff still seems unfinished.

He just posted an update last week. Definitely not abandoned. Look up about 6 posts to see it. His patreon is fairly active, but not as much gets posted quickly here.
