Sometimes the term "drones" or "zombies" for certain folks on forum threads can be both painfully and hilariously accurate.
Is there a hot-key to disable quest log? It seems to be stuck on and obscures many of the scenes.

I'm gonna assume you either responded to the wrong comment or you're just trying to troll and bait me. Either way, there are scene variations with several characters (though mainly Michelle) depending on certain choices you make. The post of mine you quoted and the person I was responding to wasn't even referring to Lisa in the first place.

Can we play this how ever we like? Like we don't have to follow a certain pattern? Also, are there any wrong choices or game over choices? Can we pursue any females we want without any bad consequences?

- Yes, I think so. You can advance things as you want for the most part.
- There are currently no "game over" choices but you can miss out on content if you don't meet certain requirements within certain time constraints (mostly with Michelle's sister). You can also make choices that will lock you out of further content with some characters. Some scenes with Lisa and Michelle will be different depending on your relationship level when the story events trigger (just in regards to how they think of you in general at the time).
- You can pretty much pursue whoever you want without consequences for now, but the dev has implied that there might EVENTUALLY be bad outcomes if you push your luck and perversion/infidelity too far.

I have all the novos, I max my relationship, I'm stuck at the town hall scene with Michelle and nothing seems to happen. Everytime I visit her she says come at 17:00 and when I visit she says no customer came today.

It's quite interesting how it went from "monthly updates" to "whatever, my patreons won't notice the trend" over the last year (see picture below, displaying the time between update releases).
Meanwhile the addition of content can't be really felt anymore, since this game became a huge mess of sidestories, that don't even trigger correctly. You have to guess what to do next, until you realize that you missed taking a shower on friday at 10:00 pm after sacrificing a goat at the farm to trigger some slightly interesting event. So people wait months over months for an update, just to look for a needle in a haystack, aka "the Quest for new content". Actual content to push the main story, or even considering the suggestions of the fans? *crickets chirping*
Nevertheless, it's always fun to read through old posts that already complain about exactly this issue. Maybe the dev renames the game into "The Promise Forever" *Duke Nukem noises intensifying*
