As far as I remember, it required dude's quest and access to VIP floor. I also talked to basically everyone in the casino, played some blackjack in both rooms and eventually it unlocked when I talked to Alice at the VIP floor and she decided to play blackjack with me.

Yep that was it thanks! Seems the trigger is playing at all the blackjack tables it seems and they just give you a free vip (i bought it before). Then you just need to play at the VIP blackjack once and it unlocks.

What would be cool for a game like this would be an inclusion of a roulette with different options, like ruined orgasm, re-roll, cum on thing x etc, that you could roleplay in real life too, breaking the fourth wall sort of.
