You need to talk to the guy on the main street with 3 dots, he explains to you what you need to do.
Game basicly works you need to do certain things to avoid route 1, then second week you need to do same to avoid ntr route 2 and so on. If you don't do anything it ends in this scene.

I had issue with this too, i actually didn't notice that walkthrough is like next to your house, i wasted like an hour, wanted to smash my face on the desk lmao

Thank you. I did just that and still ended up with the killer. Do you have to go see this guy every time after an event? Because if I know what to do next , I didn’t go to him.

This guy just gives you what to do to avoid specific route, like first you got that neigbour route, he specifiec how to get into that route or how to avoid it. If you avoid the process repeats for route 2 which is bob and so on. He literally says everything you need to do.
