Dunno what's wrong with your eyes or monitor but still mostly looks like AI to me, as the textures are a bit "off" for one, the subject vs the background focus drops off too sharply for another.

Personally, if I were doing realistic photograph AI, I'd probably take lewd scenes from porn then photoshop the characters head on, then use AI to clean it up and make it look natural.

Modify the body where needed, maybe run it through img2img and/or controlnet.
