I remember that and I was confused too. Well..It feels weird in this more "horror" game, but in "Even more perverted girlfriend" it's quite funny and fits in there. Quite a strange unique style.
By the way...did Hexenhaus make more games or is this all?

They only made two that I know of.

As far as I can tell, it is just an image gallery (Album). I don't understand the labeling that says stuff is a Scene or a "Roop" which they actually mean "Loop." Either way, I can't get it to play scenes or loops from the gallery.

You have to select "Continue" from the main menu and then you can select scenes to replay.

It's Even More Perverted Girlfriend and I thought it was terrible, honestly. I mean... I think the only thing that saves this game I translated is the content, assuming you like that sort of thing. In a lot of ways, it's miserable to play because of the UI and game engine. Even More Perverted Girlfriend doesn't even have good content. Feel free to check it out but I can't imagine anyone enjoying the experience.
