That's water droplets indeed. I admit it's not ultra realistic but still, I didn't expect people to confuse these with freckles. I guess I need to work on these a bit more..

Seems to be a VERY ambitious game judging by the number of characters in the sixth picture. But looks interesting enough to keep an eye on!

It is meant to be ambitious, however obviously some characters will have more content than others, and some will (for the time being anyway) just be random encounters you can discuss a little with.
