Then Victor will inform Val and Zoey about a new outfit policy, and Evan Cuckfield will say, "It's a good idea, hun, makes us look more professional." Of course, Val and Zoey will be pissed when they see the new clothes.
When they put them on, the homeless guy will show off his skills and shorten the skirts even more.
