In my game, Zoey is a lesbian, and it would be nonsense to have sex with a random driver, or even with any male character in the game... And if a lesbian girl wants vaginal sex, she doesn't need a man, that's what "toys" are made for... We also know that Zoey's love interest (Rachel) is bisexual, how much of a disruptive factor will this be in the lesbian relationship between the two girls later on? I have had bad experiences with such relationships in other games... Of course, these are just my preferences, and maybe those of some other players, but I definitely want Zoey to have a clean, man-free route...

But, can you at least add some fantasy/imagination scenes? I'm not exactly talking about dream sequences, for example, the hitchhiking event, as far as I understand from what you say, there will be no penetration on that event (oh how I wish there would be), but could you at least add some short fantasy scenes from the truck driver's point of view, showing what he really wants to do to Zoey, since she wouldn't let him at that moment?
