Hi guys. As I just mentioned on
Unfortunately, I'm limited on space and it's been a little hard to work on this stuff with a teenage daughter around!
Anyway, she's back with her mum, and I'm cracking on again.
I'll be sending links to a new build to testers in the next twenty four hours.
Assuming that's all good, the next release will cover the Fourth of July weekend, which I have made good progress on. We'll get to see a bevy of girls in their swimsuits, meet the fourth sister and Pete tries to make amends for his "betrayal" at the board meeting.
Looking ahead, our new COO gets her hair done (patrons can see that now and it'll be public in a few days), and there are further tribulations for MC when someone from his past turns up unexpectedly.
Of course, there's still the usual run-of-the-mill things to deal with, like having a cult in your basement, staffing issues, inseminating a quartet of sisters (if you decide to go that route*), and running an international corporation.
Looking even further ahead, there are trips to New York and Paris in MC's future.
P.S. There's now a slider in the Preferences screen to control the text box opacity.
* You don't HAVE to bang Kari and her sisters. Nobody's going to force you!

Well dang, looks like my saves are broken. None of them load (even autosaves). Had an auto save at the office before the karaoke event that loaded, but when I load it and try to proceed, it just boots me to the main menu instead of continuing the story.

I wasn't expecting there to be any problems with this build, and neither of the testers reported any issues.
If you're playing an unmodified version, send me a recent save along with details of where you were at.

No worries, probably a bork on my end is all. I was using Joker's mod, so yeah, modified lol. My save was at the end of the last update, after leaving karaoke and the hooded girl is on screen (the part where she says "He is leaving now").
Doesn't bother me any though, I don't mind starting over. Just wanted to mention it is all, in case it was a majority issue. Thanks though.
Okay, this update doesn't take you any further than that - it's bug fixes, some missing content with Ashley and Lois and some cosmetic changes, so you may be better off waiting for the next version (which I promise to get out a lot faster) and for an updated mod on the back of that.No worries, probably a bork on my end is all. I've given up fighting the whole mod thing, and I know emulex has a thread for his mod, so maybe check with him at that point.
