You only get that if you have absolutely nothing to do with her at all. Any kind of relationship with her and she will not do it.
You also have to have make 3 successive 'correct' choices to see that content also (this after rejecting her twice).
Optional, and so hard to achieve that I had to follow someone's directions and use the URM just to be able to see it. I really think that path is so out of the way that I cannot imagine anyone accidently coming across it. I want to see as much wild sex as I possibly can and I never would have on my own.

I am on a Kari solo route - even turned down the thing with her sisters and was seriously annoyed by the threesome with Aria not being optional. So I'm pretty sure that prostitution is not a concern.
OK. I'm at a stalemate. I'm at the point where Lois has been named the new COO, and her and MC is in the office picking new girls to fill vacancies. The problem is, I still have 1 spot to fill but I have no more girls to choose from. Any suggestions?? Please!

Well the issue is originally caused (aside from the cluster of code screw ups with all the receptionists anyway) by trying to force the issue with Kari and Mallory at the very first interaction with Lois regarding more/new staff. This will 100% cause this error. Why people would go against Lois' recommendations is a mystery. However, that does not excuse the code,...which I believe is actually fixed now (it used to originally crash the game at the point years ago).
Second thing that will cause this error is not chatting up Vanessa in London. That part of the code where it checks variables for available potential staff still has not been fixed. Last and final thing that can also contribute/add to this annoying error, is giving Aria a job as soon as you can (as this removes her from the potential pool later).
One can argue, it takes a series of decisions to cause this and how likely actually is this? The problem, as a VN dev, is coding your VN to anticipate literally every single choice you have allowed and people making choices that are extremely unlikely. Even if one person in twenty thousand takes a weird series of decisions...you need to account for that.
Togs unfortunately, does not...or just (as I have said before) is not skilled enough to. He has a lot of good ideas but they are so badly implemented as what he actually wants to do, is beyond his current skill set. That's not attacking him personally, this is my 8th most posted in thread...I love this VN but loving it/being a fan and not being blind to all it's coding issues and errors are not mutually exclusive. One can do both.

Do not like this one. It puts stuff back in the game that I didn't want - Like Kari repeatedly sleeping with Aria after I told her not to (on a solo path). This mod is ok if you're into NTR though I guess, it puts a lot of that in.

They have put a poll in patreons hope they give her more priority and more action, Is she not the favorite in the polls over there?

Not unexpected, but I hope this doesn't mistranslate to "everyone wants Lois as their girlfriend". For me she is a "stressball" of the office. I really loved how early in the game she did subtle things like attending meeting with her top button up, then when MC is alone she unbuttons the top just because she knows she is a nice eye candy.
Regarding Lois I would be happy for 3 types of content - purely professional for people who have no interest in her (she would also stop teasing), intimate relationship for people who maybe want more with Lois down the road, and the one that I enjoy the most simply nice eye candy at work and viewing herself as asset to office and not trying to involve herself with MC unless approached.
