I really like this game. Unfortunately, the updates are getting shorter. They should appear in this volume every week. The last scene broke in half. There was also previously an announcement that during the absence of Kari house and MC would look after Kara. She has not appeared at all. Maybe dev forgot about. 
all of the 0.12.xx versions were part of the same "update", the reason they appear so short is because they are in progress builds that have been leaked, so if you have played each one, the new content is seems short because you are essentially playing from the end of the same update, to experience all of the updated content you need to play from the end of the 0.11.11 update.
Also the frequency of Togs releasing updates is alot better compared to content. I remember like a year ago it was like 2 or 3 months between updates for like a day where it was mostly sitting in an office or driving back and forth.

You can't. Her position is automatic, she will however still dress up as one later.
maybe they are talking about early on in the story before kiki comes to stay you at least from what I remember could call her a couple times before the board meeting and you can offer her a maid position and when she shows up you can give her a maid uniform but ultimately it's a just a throw away because she always becomes an assistant.

But isn't the reveal 2 days after the party would you know you are pregnant that soon. My guess is she's not and read the pregnancy test wrong she is not too bright.

It's irelevant anyway, even don't have sex with her, I believe STILL Lois still says you did and Kayla still comes to you to say she is. Bugs bugs bugs...what do you expect. Although it's probably safe to assume Togs has completely forgotten about this anyway soooo...*shrugs*

that scene is the only one so far, at one point he extended it a little bit but I think it was removed entirely to align with patreon rules and will end up in a as yet to be seen "DLC"
The jokerleader mod download is blocked by Chrome saying it's a dangerous file, is this really the case or a false positive?
