Yeah, when I saw that bit (the game trying to tot up how many people are staying at/moving into Lastname Park) I thought that was bound to cause errors on some playthroughs.

It's a one-off calculation so you're probably good to ignore it for now.

Note: I will probably drop this game at some point, the Dev is always adding or removing something to the game, and it's always a lot of work to update the game, and since the dev is always changing the scripts, the saves break, and then I get the blame.

There was kinda swinging in the older version of the game. Pretty sure this is a remake, because I remember the MC taking Lois to a swingers club that is owned by Lois' old teacher that moves into the apartments. Lois basically gets gangbanged, and If I'm not mistaken, even the Construction contractor makes an appearance there. This version of the game hasn't reached that part yet, so I can't say for certain if they will have that in this remake.

This would be a killer for me if they were to kill her off I'd stop with the series completely

This isn;t a remake, nothing has been remade. She does not get gangbanged but does get used by her old teacher who 'runs' the club. The sharing is still there.

A fun new bug: On day 89, the game thinks the MC has agreed to Lois doing a bukkake scene if there's a "Bukkake" tag in lois.notes. But that tag gets added automatically on day 79, without any player input (and after the MC has said that it was out of the question).
