For me, the game works perfectly fine, and old saves loaded without any problems.

Uninstall any mod you have , game reacts sensible to them, ( I'm not so shure if newer mods addressed this problem)
What happened to the 4th choice for Lois(when you first get together with her) if you're in a non-monogamous relationship with Kari?

I wish you COULD be in a monogamous relationship with Kari. I'm trying but Aria is getting in the way. IF we were going to have a threesome (which I would have absolutely said no to) it wouldn't have been with Aria. I've always disliked her.

Nothing, there are no consequences to sleeping with whoever you like regarldess of what you agree wih them.
Not nothing. It is not coming up. I am not getting the top choice above mistress for lois this time around even though I chose non-monogamy for kari.

I don't think uploading a save is a good idea given the amount of variable tracking going on behind the scenes. You can have vastly different permutations regarding relationship status, employee statuses, and various other categories.
That being said... JokerLeader - I definitely wouldn't blame you for dropping support of your mod given the above. There's some unnecessary complexities in terms of coding that seems to go through a correction/update cycle every several in-game days. The more amusing of the examples of redundancy being the separate variables for
[girl].status and [girl].relationship which appear to be used interchangeably.You don't have permission to view the spoiler content.

v0.11.08 to V0.11.11 waited so long for and update, not worth the download to be honest!

I waited since 11.02 and yet again couldn't load newest saves I had. I was able to load some of a bit older ones, but this is a recurring problem that somehow latest saves are unable to be loaded.
