You can't. Her position is automatic, she will however still dress up as one later.
maybe they are talking about early on in the story before kiki comes to stay you at least from what I remember could call her a couple times before the board meeting and you can offer her a maid position and when she shows up you can give her a maid uniform but ultimately it's a just a throw away because she always becomes an assistant.

But isn't the reveal 2 days after the party would you know you are pregnant that soon. My guess is she's not and read the pregnancy test wrong she is not too bright.
