Would you pay dollars for a one render per month? Oh nonono ...
That being said as for improving there are so many things on my to do list to get rolling. i started doing 3D 4 months ago and i am putting shoestrings and bubblegum together to get shit to run at all. establishing pipeline to substance to work on textures, zbrush for actual mesh deforming spankings, cascadeur-blender for animations etc. i am intentionally devoting almost half of my time to actually improving technique.
as for the content however almost everything you said on a quick glance is your personal preferences. There is very blurry line between random complaining, personal preference and critique/feedback worth listening.
i know a lot of people liked estate dominate but it was a psychological femdom game, my game is a spanking game and everything else is there to support more spankings. I actually wish there was a way for more accurately tag games MAIN niches.
Ty for your thoughts anyway.
Well, thanks for responding.
I don't understand much from the first 2 paragraphs (at this level kinda a luddite). But I'm getting that you're saying you worked on it a lot. Sorry I gave you the impression of not trivializing the effort. Just commenting as an end-user rather than a peer producer. Plus, I did say it looked alright, as in better than a lot of stuff out there (of whatever genre in this type of art). Some devs do start with less than their goal art as a kind of place holder or just as a draft or like pending finance and I guess I was hoping that's the case.
What else...
the personal preference idk I mean some
were, but that can be legitimate commentary and perspective whether for dev or between players as long as it's relevant, which I thought I was. I didn't go to a harem game and say ballbusting is king or you should make the setting a city with skyscrapers. Also thought some points were more...cultural? about the writing.
Did miss that it's strictly spanking, though, glad that's cleared. Not averse. My point as to writing/plot stands; that it can be important and I hope it is/will be there. Unless by "bamboozling" this is more of a fun game rather than a novel, cause that might work. It was a reaction to reviewer saying it's plotless and I was saying I hope theyre wrong.
Wasn't saying
be femdom by the comparison to ED, just that the atmosphere and mansion thing is reminiscent and that it was a positive (is that offensive?). Your overview does seem to indicate that there's femdom, if MC doesn't play it right, he'd be the spankee, no?
I mean I basically commented on some stuff from the reviews and the pics, disagreed with some, discussed what some could mean if correct and shared my impressions. Planned to try it out soon and actually would have directly if I'd had space...
The comment based on a "glance" wasn't an attempt at being dismissive but a rush to being supportive, especially since some ealry comments
are irrelevant or overly negative or worse some threads go without comment. Plus usually early discussion and hearing more from the devs before they get busy is usually friendly and informative.
Anyway, I was trying to praise the project, share/hear thoughts and be constructive but maybe critiqing at length can come off aggro? I can delete the comment if you wish. Otherwise best of luck...
