I have saved the game, why is there no archive file in the directory? Can I delete the save file and then be able to open the game with the uncensored patch installed normally?

Use Cheat engine.
Sometimes it's not 4 bytes, but in this case it is.
This is what you should do (for any game) (I'll assume that you are trying to change the amount money):
1. Pick a moment in game where you can quickly change the amount of money you have, in this game it would be on, for example, supermarket menu, make sure you have enough money to buy something (because you want the value to change);
2. Before changing the money value in game (so, before you buy anything in supermarket, in this case) input the money value you have in cheat engine. Click "First Scan".
3. This will give you a list of addresses. Now go to the game and buy something, you are doing this to change the value of the money in game.
4. Now return to cheat engine. Input the new money value that you have and click "Next Scan".
5. This will give a list of addresses and values that is shorter (usually) than the first list of addresses.
6. At this point, you have two choices. You can repeat 3-5, until you have only one (sometimes very difficult) address, at which point you are certain that the address you have is for the money. Or, at any point in this process (could be first scan) if you have <5 (this is an arbitrary number) addresses, it's usually safe to change the value of all of them to the money value that you want.
After finding the address (or addresses) that you think are right, double click (the addresses go to the menu below), then double click where it says "Value" and input the number (money in this case) that you want. If you have multiple addresses, change the value on all of them. If you change multiple addresses anything can happen in game (crash, etc) so save before you do this. You can't (or it's very rare) mess up the game permanently (at least if you are trying to change simple stuff like money), because when you restart the game the values of the addresses that would crash your game (for example, anything can happen really) reset.
The reason for 1.) is that you want to change as little as possible in game in between scans, this makes it easier for you to find the address that you want.
Basically, you are searching for the address of the money in cheat engine. To facilitate this, cheat engine allows you to do a first scan and then do future searches on that list (to shorten it). Obviously, future scans are more useful if you look for different values.
I said this is what you should do for any game, but take notice that it might be much more complicated than this, depends what you are trying to do/change on a given game, but for the money on this game you can follow this.

wait, is it actually possible to get her pregnant before you propose? The option for "Let me take responsibility, like I promised to" is greyed out but the fact that it's there suggests its possible.
Then again one room has a similar thing where there's an option to rape the girl on the first night but it's greyed out because you don't have enough hearts and because that's the first night you actually can't obtain anything before that point so you'd never be able to do it.

During sex, you can blindfold her, put it in raw, then creampie her without her complaining or stopping you.
1- stimulate her clit and make her level up as high as possible; to unlock the ability to ask for it. the game itself will tell you when the command will be unlocked.
2- during the day, open the items and give her drinks, coffee, or juice, she only drinks 1 thing per day time. example [give juice before going to work, when you return give her coffee, after dinner give her juice, and so on] she releases "half a tear drop with every ejaculation"
3- during sex you need first to stimulate her clit, and butt until they are wet, and make sure you don't stick anything in her vagina.
4- if you followed all these steps, the "tear drop" icon will be full, and under "cum" tab you can find the "command to pee" based on how many drinks she drank, she can release around 4 ~ 5 times, give or take. this command helps rising her shamelessness.
side note: i think the dev mistook "pee" with "squirt" as the major society can't tell between them both ..
